Last weekend I created a pretty detailed analysis of the 2009 Tour De France results along with historical race results going back to the first year the tour was held, 1903.
You need to download Tableau's FREE reader product to play with the file. You can find Tableau Reader here: http://www.tableausoftware.com/products/reader

I like the TDF tableau workbook
Hi Dan,
Thanks for sharing the TDF tableau workbook. I like what you did very much as I am a big fan of pro cycling and in particular, the TDF. I've been watching it as long as it has been on TV in the US. I'm getting ready to use Tableau to track the performance of my 9th grade basketball team and players. Last year I used Tableau to analyze all of middle school basketball teams in our division and I teamed with Dr Ed Feng (http://thepowerrank.com/) to generate rankings for these teams. It fun to do. Thanks again and I look forward to looking at more of your blogs.
