OfficeLook is a simple-to-use PC application that harnesses the power of the Siemens Hicom 150 E. It tracks all calls made in and out of your office and provides real-time information on all calling activity including standard Automatic Call Distribution reporting features. OfficeLook is a call accounting tool which installs easily and operates on a single PC or across a network. By deciphering data collected from the Hicom 150 E and placing them into records that are easy to use, read and analyze, OfficeLook becomes a real-time monitor for managers and supervisors of day-to-day activities.
An intuitive color-coded status indicator furnishes you with a quick snap-shot of personnel, broken down individually and by department, allowing you to immediately know who's in, out, on the phone or away from their desk. This knowledge gives you the ability to direct incoming customer calls with extreme accuracy and will increase customer satisfaction.
OfficeLook operates on a stand-alone PC or a server networked using TCP/IP. It supports 10 groups with up to 16 users per group, for a total of 160 users per system site.
