Ben Bausili describes himself as a lucky husband, a proud dad of two children, a nerd and a lover of life.

As far as InterWorks goes, Ben says he’s found the unique opportunity to combine his passions and diverse skills to bring meaning and structure to the chaotic world of data, but on any regular day outside of the office, you might find him teaching his two-year-old to play DDR, hiking with his baby boy on his back at various parks, or mapping out an adventure on an iPad.

Whether he’s breaking bread with his family, taking a hike, or debating philosophy over coffee, Ben says no matter what, he is always finding the joy in everyday life.
