An Inside Look into a Road Warrior’s Carry-On

by Kaylee Kain

If you’ve been living under a virtual rock over the past month, you may not be aware that the 2017 Tableau Conference is approaching fast! This year’s conference promises to be bigger and more informative than ever before. With last year’s attendance at 12,000, we can only guess at how many people will travel from all corners of the world to converge on Las Vegas, Nevada, in almost two weeks time.

Sessions, networking and the beloved Iron Viz contest are all highlights of the four-day event. But what does it take for our consultants to prepare for a week of data epic-ness? To find out, we asked our highly skilled data experts to open up their suitcases and backpacks for us and spill the contents! From candy, motion sickness medicine and portable chargers, we got the inside look into what our consultants take with them to client sites and conferences, all in the name of data!
