Brandi White
Director of Employee Experience
​Brandi is a self-described “extreme extrovert,” which is not an Olympic event (even though she trains like a champion). Meeting with coworkers, traveling to new places and hosting get-togethers are some of the ways she keeps her batteries charged.

From running a non-profit to heading up InterWorks’ employee experience, Brandi is always looking for ways to make a positive impact using her unique brand of leadership. Hearing people’s stories and building relationships are what matter most in her work.

Brandi and her husband spend much of their free time chasing after their active teenagers. They especially love high school football games (yay, marching band!) and their daughter’s Irish Dance performances. They also spend a ridiculous amount of time vacuuming, as they usually have five or six rescue pets.
